Anyone have experience with Autocraft Auto Body in Alexandria, VA? Yesterday, a young lady who was apparently paying more attention to her iPod smashed into my rear-end while I was at a stop light :mad:.
I've used Wagonwork before, and they were expensive and took forever. Both the girl who smashed me, and I use USAA for insurance. Wagenwork isn't one of the USAA shops, so in order to make this less of a hassle, I called up Audi of Alexandria to ask for other recommended shops. They told me Autocraft does good work...

What do you guys think? Anyone have stories for me? :confused:
