I've been looking at the purchase of a new vehicle, and recently I came across a 2007 Audi S6 for around $39,000 with 49,000 miles on it. It has had only 1 owner and has a perfect Carfax history, with consitant maintenance and checkups.

I have done quite a bit of research, but I wanted to know what downsides there might be to purchasing this kind of car with this many miles on it. I know there is a lot that could go wrong, but what problems could I most likely run into with this car?
