My friend wants to bring an Audi S3 from Mexico into the US (california) and maybe sell it...
What does he need to do in order to bring it in? And also to pass all the rules and regulations needed for cars here in the US?
To my knowledge, the S3 is not available in the US so I'm wondering if that would be illegal to bring in...
