My 06 a3 2.0T air conditioner is slow to start cooling. The problem started about a year ago, but it would start cooling after a minute or so. Now it takes 10-15 minutes before it starts cooling. Anyone have any ideas? Coolant temp sensor or cabin temp sensor, maybe?

More troubleshooting revealed no 12 volts to compressor. Fans don't come on til engine temp goes to the normal level (12 o'clock)

I'm not following you. You mentioned that the A/C cools after several minutes and that the compressor is not receiving power???
