I have had an Audi A4 3,0 Quattro 2002 model for 6 months now (and drove around 3000km and all I have done to it is change of motor oil and filter but since yesterday when I start the car and accelerate the engine shocks or thrusts and the engine warning lamp flashes in yellow and when reaching higher rpm it stops and the engine sounds and feel fine again.

What could be wrong? Any ideas are welcome.
