I'm new to this forum and I am about to change my own oil for my Q7. Can someone answer the following questions?

- What oil should I use? 5w30 Synthetic? Quaker State? Mobil 1?

- I know the Q7 uses a paper filter system, is it accessible from the top of the engine?

- How often should I do the oil change?

- How many litres oil do I need to do the oil change?

My car right now only has 34,000 kms

for a local Audi Dealer somewhere between 2-3 Hrs to get a oil change. but I have some Audi repair questions (http://www.automd.com/answers/search/audi_m5/) and answer that you can use for changing oil. On the site that I provide they have some easy techniques to use for for changing oil..
