Looking to buy a new car. Like the look of the A5. Nearly had an A6 bought at Christmas. Pros and cons?

the A5 if you don't need 4 doors its in between the A4 and A6 size wise and is real a great size coupe. but if you need 4 doors or think you will in the near future go with the A6. Both are good cars the A6 is slightly more luxurious and the
A5 is a little more sporty and rare (id don't think you will see as many A5's on the road as A6s.

I personally prefer the look of the A6. Btw, nice taste in cars

I like Audi A6s but I never had one, but I am thinking of buying one. I now have a Audi A4 and I have had it for 6 years and it is still working well, but that is more of an audi thing, they are good quality.

If you want the sportier car, get the A5. If you want a slightly bigger and more practical car, get the A6. Remember that the A5 is a coupe and the A6 is a sedan with 4 doors.
The A5 is faster and more fun to drive because it is smaller and more powerful. The A5 is the coupe version of the 2009 Audi A4.

a3 r much nicer but out of them 2 a6

A5 (and S5) are likely to hold resale better than the 6's

5s are obviously 2 doors - so it's more of a question you'll have to answer for yourself. I really like the S5 best - but I only use my car for one or two people. I hope this helps.

The A5 is more aggressive looking, will be faster (if same engine in both) and will handle better than the A6. The A6 is bigger, has 4 doors, has been out since 05 (good from reliability standpoint bad from the new kid on the block standpoint)

Seriously though Pros of the A5. Has great acceleration, great steering, handling and breaking, is basically quiet, has the basic controls,excellent details and is roomy and comfortable in the FRONT.

Cons of it? Not very good fuel economy, the ride is pretty rough, room and comfort in the REAR is poor,little cargo room and the overall value within it's class is fair.

The Audi A6.

Pros. Excellent ride quality, excellent steering, handling and breaking, excellent in being quiet, great controls,decent fuel economy, roomy and comfortable in the front,roomy and comfortable in the rear and decent acceleration.

Cons. Cargo room and value within it's class.

I really do like the look of the A5. It sucks how a lot of cars are like that. They look sooo good but don't do the job. Kinda like women. You can always bling out the A6.
