I also have the RS4, just took delivery last week. It's the prelude to the Panamera. The four door Carrera 4S. It's un believable. I'd sleep with it if my neighbors wouldn't think somethings wrong. The car is unreal. ANYONE who has a chance to drive this car will rethink the reason they don't have one.
Oh and by the way, it is not - and I repeat - IT IS NOT a "version" of the A4. All they share is skin.

well since neither the Evo or the STI are entry level premiums (and neither is the 70k dollar RS4 which is a few steps above entry level) they don't really compete. performance numbers are similar but thats where it ends the wrx and sti are great fast sedans but they are not in the premium class Subaru and Mitsubishi are on a level with Honda and toyota not Audi and BMW.

I'm glad, a good $67,000 well spent unless it was cheaper.
Yes. It is one of my dream cars. It is faster than a BMW M3 and it is more practical and safer with AWD.
The RS4 is the best performance sedan.

Give the year.
I own a 2001 Audi A4 1.8 T (one of their first A4s) and still don't have any problem. I am the third owner. Audi engines are good for perfomance. The only repair is timing belt change around 95k.
Best german looks may go to the new beamer. But Audis have their own look.
Lusury is awesome and its same for any german car. more than luxary i would say driving comfort. the seats, the dash board, the console. Once you drive Audi, you don't want anything elese.
Hope this answers your question.
