Definitely the Beemer (or Bimmer) The BWM has a certain distinction to it and around 400 hp, the Audi's distinction is the VW brand lurking under the hood and it looks like 420 hp. I am willing to bet that the M3 will have a higher resell value than the audi. The Audi RS4 looks odd, I don't think i am accustomed to seeing a sport styled audi, the BMW does not look out of place from it's predecessors. If the specifications of these two cars make the decision not clear cut I would go with the BMW!
