The Audi by far.

The regular base Audi A5 has a 3.2L 265HP V6 engine.

The BMW 325 has a 2.5L 200HP Inline-6 engine.

Audi's have always been more comfortable and always had better interior in terms of quality, looks, and ergonomics.
The Audi A5 is one of the best looking cars. The 325ci does not look like a nice car compared to the Audi.

And the Audi would easily win in a drag race and handling race.

A5 Cause It Is Faster And Lighter Than 325. Also It Is A Higher Class Series In Audi.
