How to Remove an Ignition Key that's stuck in a 2004 Audi A8L?

Does anyone know how to remove the Ignition Key in a 2004 Audi A8L? There is a Viper SST Remote Start installed (KIVM Module). It worked beautifully for 10 Days and then all of a sudden, the Car never started. There is not an even a Crank Noise. The Engine doesn't do anything. It's as if it doesn't read the Key FOB and there's no Communication between the Key and the Engine. I know the Key FOB works because I have used it when I purchased the Car a month ago. I have had the Installers look at it and they're dumbfounded. I know they've tinkered with the Ignition Barrel when installing the Viper Remote Start. BTW, I have already tried to move the Parking Gear back and forth but it still didn't come out.

I'm too scared of calling Audi Service fearing they may see the aftermarket Remote Start and charge me an arm and a leg to fix it. Initially the Dash started with the MMI Screen opening but nothing now. Anyone have ideas? Any help would be appreciated!!!

Does the car not start at all or just not start with the remote starter?
