Default Audi A3's, Any comments????

I would like to buy a used car. I have 5000 gbp in the bank and a 7 mth old baby to consider also. I have recently been looking at Audi a3s and have fallen in love with them, Does anyone know how they are reliability wise.... and If they are worth the money??? Pros and Cons always welcome! x

Well, Iknow EVERYTHING about cars, especially audis. Audis are wonderful cars and ride very smoothly, but aren't reliable and really don't hold up for a long time at all. It's a good car, but if you were to get one they are expensive, not worth the money and I would only keep it for about 2-4 years. let me know if this halps thanks

If you like it go for it. inspect the car properly before you buy it, if you are after a used car then I believe all cars are the same you may never know there history or the way that they have been used or maintained... Good Luck..

My missus has one, it's a good enough car, but it's choppy through the corners.

Audi A3s are probebly the best cars in their range

- Their very very reliable, as are most german built cars.
- The diesel 1.9TDI is the best engine they do for a mix of performance and reliability and economy
- Audi is the same company as Volkwagen, Seat and Skoda so they are the prestige section of the group which mean that you get the best comfort, style and performance that the company offers as well as having cheap parts for when it goes wrong (not often)
- They do about 54 miles per gallon
- Produce about 105 bhp which is good in a small car
- Safety rating of 3 or 4

The vehicle has good enough pros rather than cons. It offers ride like a sports car and also come with diesel engine that can deliver exceptional fuel economy, even the cabin is designed with high quality materials.
