Default winter wheels

New guy here, first time Audi owner, less than 2 weeks on the road. Picked up as my DD, 2004 S-line TT lovin the drive. Currently rolling on225/40r18's but would like to mount dedicated winter rubber, friend willing to give me set of LM-25 235/40R18s Blizzak's that he use last year but had sold car and has no use for. Has anyone got any experiences or can give a yay or a nay to this setup.

dude i think its not big problem for your Audi tires because two weeks just on the road if you want the winter tires you must concern to the eBay or i think summer is very suitable for the buy the tires because in summer winter tires prices is decreased...
