Welcome aboard! And thank you for signing up. Okay, let's see some stats on your car. And thank you for putting a face to the name! What does your wife think of your S4 obsession?

Oh and did you find us through a discussion on Facebook?

Yeah, found you guys through the B5 S4 owners group on facebook. The wife thinks I'm crazy for loving this car so much. I can't go full throttle in 3rd gear or lower with her in the car, because it makes her physically sick. It is a 2001.5 TIP with RP K04's on a GIAC 3- tune with an in-car MBC set at 15/16 lbs, gutted pre-cats, upgraded torque converter, recalibrated valve body, raceland coils, stock exhaust, stock intercoolers. I can't imagine what my wife's reaction would be to a big turbo car. My goal with the car was to have a relatively quick daily. I think I have achieved that, but still have some minor things to touch up. I will be deleting the EGT's, rear 02's, and SAI and getting a revised tune. I was laid of shortly after my K03's went, so it definitely morphed into a budget build. I had only been back to work a short time when my suspension DEMANDED a refresh. I would like to do an air bag setup down the road, but couldn't justify the cost at the time the suspension needed work. I will most likely swap over to BW K04's or F21's when the RP's let go. So that's the jist of it.

Sounds nice! And a tiptronic, huh? I hope the transmission lasts while. Have you been to a race track yet? I'm really curious about how fast the car is as an automatic. I don't believe there are many stage 3- tiptronic B5 S4s...

I have to drive like an old man with my wife in the car. Otherwise, she'll vomit in my car.
