Default New guy knows very little

I just purchased an RS6 with 48,000 miles via a bank reposession for $28K. Only one key, no remotes, no manuals, missing center console lid and right door "M" button. Needs a little body work, but other than that it is beautiful. So, now that I have it, I'm starting to get scared about maintaining it. There seems to be a lot that can go wrong, and I'm at the mercy of a limited number of certified mechanics. I figure an oil change is a good place to start. Is it best to use Mobil 1 oil or is there a better alternative?

If anyone has any general words of wisdom regarding the car and it's potentail perils and/or highlights, I'm happy to listen. Part of me wants to sell it before I get too far into it, and the other part says "are you crazy, that's one of the best cars you can drive!". I love hearing opinions...both good and bad...thank you.
